DTCC is seeking a Lead Application Support Engineer (SRE) to join their Information Technology group. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of SRE Principles/Practices and metrics as well as traceability
  • Problem-solving skills and passion for automation
  • Failure Mode Analysis
  • Knowledge of DevOps toolchains and process
  • Working knowledge in SQL/PLSQL, Unix, Linux, Windows
  • Shell Scripting, Python, Perl, JavaScript
  • AutoSys, ServiceNow, JIRA
