Lead Engineer (f/m/d)

The Lead Engineer (f/m/d) in Frankfurt a. Main directs the daily operations of the Operations Site Team and vendors, ensuring the Data Centre is safe, efficient, and compliant. This role involves managing maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and escalation to specialists. The engineer will also contribute to technical audits, process improvement, and financial/operational activities.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in mission-critical mechanical and electrical environments, ideally in IT/Telecoms or data centres.
• Strong knowledge of key data centre infrastructure components (UPS, generators, cooling systems) and critical building systems (electrical, mechanical, building fabric).
• ITIL and/or ServiceNow experience preferred.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.
