The Manager Engineering Operations (MEO) oversees all aspects of a data centre's critical infrastructure, ensuring safe and high-quality operations. The role involves supporting data centre managers, mentoring engineers, managing technical operations, ensuring safety standards, and driving continuous improvement. Collaboration with design, construction, and manufacturing is key.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in mission-critical mechanical & electrical environments
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure (UPS, generators, cooling systems)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and maintenance systems (ServiceNow experience a plus)
- Skilled in preparing and presenting technical information
- Strong communication, teamwork, and mentoring skills
- Problem-solving skills
