Lead, Enterprise Systems Engineer

HALO is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Systems Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This role is responsible for handling escalated technical issues, mentoring junior staff, and working on infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. This is a fully remote position with a 100% emphasis on high-quality service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience System Administrator or a related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux Server OS, Active Directory, SFTP, and basic networking.
• Working knowledge of project management and ticket software like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
