We're looking for a Lead HR Systems Analyst to join our team at GXO's Head Office in Northampton. The role involves optimizing and automating HR processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement through analytics and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements
- HRIS experience with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow
- Strong data skills using Power BI, Power Automate, Tableau, and Excel
- Process mindset with knowledge of agile or lean methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Integrity and attention to detail when handling sensitive HR data
