We are seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Lead Technical Consultant, you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions.
- Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and CMDB modules.
- Customize ServiceNow flows, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and notifications to support ITSM, ITOM and CMDB processes and automation.
- System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP
- Configure and maintain the CMDB data model, ensuring accurate and up-to-date configuration item (CI) information.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools and external platforms using APIs and web services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement ITOM and CMDB best practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and ITIL processes.
- Conduct thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and customizations to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing necessary fixes or enhancements.
- Collaborate with other developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet the ITOM and CMDB needs of the organization
