The Lead, Software Asset Management will play a critical role in the Asset and Operations team, focusing on the governance, optimization, and lifecycle management of software assets across the enterprise.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, with a focus on software asset lifecycle and license compliance.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), including configuration and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of software licensing models (e.g., per user, per device, subscription, perpetual).
- Experience with software audits, vendor negotiations, and compliance reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
