ServiceNow is seeking a Lead Solution Architect to serve as a strategic advisor, guiding clients and internal teams through technical transformations. The LSA will own the long-term architectural vision and adoption strategy, bridging the gap between pre-sales and post-sales to ensure seamless solution delivery and measurable business impact. This role requires deep industry knowledge and a track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales engineering roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions.
- Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite.
- Industry-specific experience in verticals such as TMT, Banking, Retail, Transportation, Energy, and/or Health Insurance.
Requirements Summary
8+ years of experience in solution architecture/consulting. Proven track record of complex enterprise solutions implementation, executive stakeholder engagement, and industry-specific knowledge.
