Lead Solution Architect

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic and visionary Lead Solution Architect to serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients and internal teams through complex technical transformations. This role focuses on long-term architectural vision and adoption strategy, bridging pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure successful solution delivery and measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, technical consulting, or pre/post-sales engineering
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex enterprise-grade solutions, preferably in cloud, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms
• Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders, including C-suite
• Industry-specific experience in verticals such as TMT, Banking, Retail, Transportation, Energy, and/or Health Insurance
• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, etc.)
