The Lead Business Analyst will workshop & manage customer requirements, define functional specifications, and configure the CSG CPQ and Order Management system. The role requires a Senior Business Analyst with hands-on experience in coding, technical background, and experience in telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience in coding
  • 5-7 years as a business analyst along with telecom billing or product catalog or pricing domain
  • Strong communication and BA skills
  • Experience working as a vendor
  • Hands-on experience with configuration driven systems (Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow, Siebel, etc.)
  • English Proficiency in a business environment
