We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to design and implement role-based learning pathways, deliver soft skills training, and cultivate a strong learning culture. This role requires a solid understanding of both technical and non-technical skill development, tailored to meet expectations of international clients, especially in Australia and other global markets. The L&D Manager will also support the People & Culture (P&C) team with coaching and individual development support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
- Related IT degree (City & Guilds Certification, MCT certified trainer) would be an added advantage
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail and professionalism
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D, with exposure to role-based learning, soft skills delivery, and coaching
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and modern learning practices
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal communication skills
