We are seeking an experienced Linux Systems Administrator Journeyman to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. The candidate will install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and associated software applications, and perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure server stability and security.
Requirements
- US citizen with active Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study
- At least one of the following certifications: CompTIA Linux + or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
