We are seeking a License Manager to analyze, develop, and implement license strategies to increase investment and cost efficiency as well as ensure compliance. The ideal candidate will have completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification and several years of experience in license management, ideally with SAP, Microsoft, and engineering applications.

Requirements

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in license management, ideally with SAP, Microsoft, and engineering applications
• Sound knowledge of contract management, particularly in negotiating and interpreting license conditions
• Experience in software asset management, preferably with relevant tools (e.g., Snow, ServiceNow)
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external partners
• Secure German and fluent English skills in writing and speaking
• Independent, proactive working style with high personal initiative
• High sense of responsibility, care, and reliability
• Confident appearance in negotiation situations
