ServiceNow is seeking a Network Administrator to support a strategic partner in Germany by implementing and maintaining the system environments hosting their ServiceNow applications. This role involves network and system administration, database management, and DevOps operations, ensuring a stable, secure, and scalable infrastructure aligned with evolving business needs. The position requires a strong understanding of networking and security practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in production engineering or SRE roles
- Deep understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, DNS, load balancing, and firewall management
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash)
- Experience with cloud-native networking (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and hybrid environments
- Strong troubleshooting skills across OSI layers and familiarity with packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark, tcpdump)
- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to be on call if required
- Ability to travel to our customer site in Germany
