Local Operation Project Analyst

Alstom is seeking a detail-oriented IT Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects across IT Operations. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, tracking progress, analyzing data, and facilitating communication across teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in IT project coordination, stakeholder management, and process improvement
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies and tools
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrated collaboration, influence, and communication skills
• Understanding of mainstream IT systems, planning, and hardware/software
• Sound understanding of ITIL processes and framework
