Amplifon is seeking a Logistics Support Officer to serve as a local point of contact for shops, resolving issues related to logistics, strategic plans, and continuous improvements. This role supports Supply Chain targets and provides opportunities for skill development in relevant areas like store operations, replenishment, and inventory management within a fast-paced environment. It is designed to support the global stock model and enhance workplace management and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of service desk ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
  • Problem solving for incidents and escalation process
  • Ability to collect and connect 2nd level requests to logistic cluster
  • Inventory management and replenishment
  • Working with vendors
  • Analyze and forecast future product demands
  • Strong analytical skills and customer oriented approach

Requirements Summary

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1-2 years experience in Customer Service or Logistic Operations, and strong analytical/problem solving skills
