M365 & SharePoint Support Specialist / Incident Management Coordinator is responsible for providing user support and managing digital collaboration environments within Microsoft 365, and coordinating the handling of IT incidents for the Benelux organization.

Requirements

  • Good mastery of Dutch, English, and French
  • Proven experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Power Automate is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM system is a plus
