M&S is seeking a Major Incident Manager to lead critical and major incidents, ensuring service restoration and promoting a proactive approach to incident management. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and maintaining a structured approach during high-pressure situations. Requirements

  • Operate within a 24/7 shift and On Call environment
  • Demonstrable experience in leading Critical and Major Incidents in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of ITIL-based Incident Management
  • Solid technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, application support, and network operations
  • Experience with IT Service Management tools like ServiceNow / BMC Helix
  • Experience with monitoring and Event tools like PagerDuty, Netcool, HPTemip
