Requirements
- Proven experience as a CMDB Lead or CMDB Process Manager with expertise in ServiceNow CMDB.
- Strong understanding of CMDB lifecycle management, data governance, and ITIL frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITSM integrations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS-CMDB, ITIL) are a plus.
