Manager, Cloud Migration Services

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager to join their Cloud Migration Services Team. This role focuses on providing day-to-day operational leadership for customers who have moved their instances to Hyper Scaler partners or purchased Raptor Database. The Manager will ensure a smooth and confident customer experience by offering transparency and guidance, fostering a customer-first culture, and building partnerships with other teams. This position requires strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Requirements

• 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience managing a team within cloud infrastructure
• Previous experience supporting SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS for enterprise customers
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
