Manager Enterprise Applications

Dexcom is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Applications to lead a team focused on the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy and business needs. The role involves coordinating teams, resolving incidents, and supporting project delivery, while advocating for regional priorities. Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience managing multi-discipline Enterprise Applications development teams
• Deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS)
• Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and JIRA (or their equivalents)
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience working in global settings managing cross-functional teams
