Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience managing multi-discipline Enterprise Applications development teams.
- Deep knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid SDLC methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.
- Proficiency in tools like ServiceNow and JIRA (or their equivalents).
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in cross-cultural communication and time zones.
