Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development and platform administration experience
- 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role leading development and QA teams
- Proficiency in ServiceNow functions (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM, App Engine, Now Assist)
- Experience with Integrations, scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), and automation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
