This role involves leading a team of Consultants, supporting sales teams, and ensuring accurate solution and scope are met, alongside partnership with partners and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience managing or leading professional services teams.
  • Significant consulting experience for complex global delivery organizations.
  • Technical delivery and architectural experience with ServiceNow Platform capabilities (App Engine, Workflow Data Fabric, AI, Analytics, UX, Security).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
