Manager, HR Shared Services

Netflix is seeking a Manager, HR Shared Services to lead a team within the Global Talent Operations Center (GTOC) operating in Manila and Mexico City. The role involves leveraging data-informed insights to drive strategic partnerships, optimize internal capabilities, and deliver innovative solutions. The manager will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle and building a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent/HR in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Talent/HR lifecycle processes, data governance, and service delivery models.
• Experience with tools like Workday (preferably), Google Suite, Tableau, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc.
• Experience leading projects from planning to successful delivery
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Strong systems thinking and prioritization skills
