Manager, Internal Controls

PayPal is seeking a Manager, Internal Controls to lead product change reviews and risk assessments within the Checkout domain. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. The manager will be responsible for identifying issues, recommending best practices, and developing strategies for process improvements within the internal controls function.

Requirements

• 5+ years relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, control frameworks, and governance processes
• Proven experience conducting QA and control testing
• Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
