Vertiv is seeking an IT Manager for Manufacturing, supporting U.S. manufacturing sites. This role involves supervising and coordinating team activities, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be focused on operational excellence and team development.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of IT support experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of PCs, printers, operating systems, applications, and network fundamentals.
• Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), software distribution, and patch management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
