This role focuses on ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects for clients. The Manager will lead a team of 7-10 key members, designing and architecting solutions, championing innovation, and managing performance. The position involves collaboration with sales and pre-sales teams to drive practice development.

Requirements

  • Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (10+ years)
  • 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
  • Extensive experience in ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of ITIL framework
  • Agile methodology experience (preferably Scrum)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
