Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects (10+ years)
- 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow applications (ITSM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
- Strong leadership skills
- Deep understanding of ITIL framework
- Agile methodology experience (preferably Scrum)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
