Requirements

• Experience in AI-integrated work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience, ideally in CRM or cloud industries.
• 3+ years managing partner-facing teams.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow AI business transformation platform.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Data-driven and structured management style.
