Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS/HR Technology roles, with hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Understanding of self-service design principles and user experience best practices
- Knowledge of global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate cross-functionally
