Manager, Product Design

ServiceNow is seeking a Manager of Product Design to lead a team of designers, drive product vision, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative AI-enhanced technology for large companies. The role involves research, prototyping, and UX execution, contributing to the company's mission to empower organizations with smarter, faster, and better ways to work.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve workflows.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing people and leading design teams.
• Minimum 14+ years of UX Design and/or Interaction Design experience.
• Strong skills in Information Architecture.
• Experience with design tools Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, or similar.
• Expertise in IT Security Management, IT Operations Management, or related fields.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Obsessed with UX perfection and iterative development.
• Experience creating content with WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines (preferred).
