The Manager, Product Design will directly manage and mentor 3-5 designers, drive the UX vision and execution of a platform that produces a product line to revolutionize workplace productivity and analytics solutions, and collaborate cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design field
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
- Expertise in one or more of the following enterprise product spaces: IT Security Management, IT Operations Management, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management (CSM), or Finance & Legal
