Manager, Product Design

The role involves collaboration with product, user research, engineering, and content teams, distilling problems into requirements, and maintaining design systems. It also focuses on culture building and advocating for design strategy.

Requirements

• Leveraging AI in work processes.
• 3+ years of experience managing people and leading design teams.
• Minimum 14+ years of experience in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
• Strong skills in Information Architecture.
• Portfolio of work samples representing current work style.
• Expertise in Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, or other design tools.
• Ability to do rapid prototyping with tools such as Axure, Keynote, Framer, Principle.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills.
• Obsessed with UX perfection and iterative development.
