ServiceNow is seeking a UX Manager to lead a team of designers working on people products, HR tools, and data & analytics platforms. The successful candidate will champion design excellence, create employee experiences that transform how employees use workplace tools, and drive execution excellence.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Design Communication, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
  • Experience in user experience design or leading design teams in a software-first environment
  • Experience working in an agile or incremental development environment
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar collaboration platforms
