Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (desired)
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or ITSM roles (3+ in leadership)
- Proficiency in ServiceNow
- Strong knowledge of ITIL (incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, configuration, SLA management)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
