The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, knowledge of ITSM frameworks, and a passion for service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (desired)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or ITSM roles (3+ in leadership)
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL (incident, request, change, problem, knowledge, configuration, SLA management)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Requirements Summary
