The role involves building and managing a high-performing team, enforcing ITSM standards, and collaborating with internal teams and MSPs. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or ITSM roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SLA metrics
