Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, IT operations, or ITSM roles
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial capacity
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, including reporting, dashboards, and workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SLA metrics
