Deloitte is seeking a Shift Lead/Incident Manager to join their IT Production Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, and leadership roles, possessing strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced team. The role involves incident management, recovery, process standardization, team coordination, and incident assessment/prioritization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, and leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of issue resolution and escalation practices.
  • Proficiency in application support & service management tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
  • Strong knowledge of public cloud & Dynatrace & Grafana monitoring tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
