Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, and leadership roles.
- Strong technical background with expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of issue resolution and escalation practices.
- Proficiency in application support & service management tools: ServiceNow, JIRA
- Strong knowledge of public cloud & Dynatrace & Grafana monitoring tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
