Vodafone is seeking a Manager of ServiceNow Lead to join their Technology – Voice Operations team in India. This role involves leading end-to-end development of ServiceNow applications and modules, customizing service portals, and ensuring the quality assurance processes. The team focuses on serving global markets and delivering world-class customer experience through IT services, Business Intelligence, and Digital Business Solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator
  • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow integrations and Service Portal
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in client and server-side scripting, including JavaScript
  • Good understanding of SCDL workflows
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Requirements Summary
