Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager to drive computer system validation activities for the Leiden Cell Therapy manufacturing site. This role focuses on ensuring compliant and efficient deployment of MES and recipes solutions, working cross-functionally with QA, Business, and IT. The ideal candidate will have strong IT/Computer Science foundation and 5+ years of hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end validation activities.
- Coordinate recipe configuration and validation.
- Ensure compliance with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and Computer Software Assurance (CSA) principles.
- Experience with ASCs like Syncade, ALM, ServiceNow, SQL and Document Management Systems.
- Strong project management skills.
- 3+ years experience with TMS and recipes validation.
