Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles
- Skilled in automation, scripting (Python, Bash), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
- Strong experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Grafana) and incident management platforms (ServiceNow)
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and collaborating cross-functionally
- Experience handling vendor relationships and ensuring SLA compliance
- History of leading production deployments and managing change/release processes
- Ability to drive automation initiatives and implement self-healing systems
- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to develop long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with business goals
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
