Mid-level Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for helping a fast-paced team evaluate system issues, streamline operations, and improve data driven decision making through careful analysis.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required
• Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust clearance
• MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply
• 3+ Years experience and a Bachelor’s degree; OR master’s degree with 2+ years of related experience
• 1+ Experience working with ServiceNow as an end-to-end Case Management System
• 2+ years experience in advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• 2+ Years Experience in responding to information requests, conducting database searches, and summarizing findings under tight deadlines
