Requirements

• Experience with customization of workflows in ServiceNow.
• Basic administration of modules such as ITSM and familiarity with ITOM.
• Practical experience with Service Catalog and Incident Management.
• Basic notions about creating Service Portals.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for simple customizations.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for interface adjustments.
• Familiarity with Glide API for intermediate customizations.
• Basic experience with REST API.
• Ability to perform simple integrations with external systems.
• Knowledge of MID Server for integration issues.
• Experience with data queries in ServiceNow using MySQL.
• Ability to create basic reports with Performance Analytics.
• Practical knowledge in ITIL.
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum in IT projects.
• Basic notions of Active Directory (AD) and integration with SSO.
• Familiarity with simple monitoring tools.
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) desirable.
• Interest in obtaining specific implementation certification (CIS).
• Basic notions of Cloud Computing.
• Initial experience with DevOps practices.
