Requirements
- Experience with customizing workflows in ServiceNow
- Basic administration of modules such as ITSM and familiarity with ITOM
- Practical experience with Service Catalog and Incident Management
- Basic notions of creating Service Portals
- Proficiency in JavaScript for simple customizations
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for interface adjustments
- Familiarity with Glide API for intermediate customizations
- Basic experience with REST API
- Ability to perform simple integrations with external systems
- Knowledge of MID Server for integration issues
- Experience with data queries in ServiceNow using MySQL
- Ability to create basic reports with Performance Analytics
- Practical knowledge of ITIL
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum in IT projects
- Notions of Active Directory (AD) and integration with SSO
- Familiarity with simple monitoring tools
