Requirements

• Experience with customizing workflows in ServiceNow
• Basic administration of modules such as ITSM and familiarity with ITOM
• Practical experience with Service Catalog and Incident Management
• Basic notions of creating Service Portals
• Proficiency in JavaScript for simple customizations
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for interface adjustments
• Familiarity with Glide API for intermediate customizations
• Basic experience with REST API
• Ability to perform simple integrations with external systems
• Knowledge of MID Server for integration issues
• Experience with data queries in ServiceNow using MySQL
• Ability to create basic reports with Performance Analytics
• Practical knowledge of ITIL
• Experience with agile methods such as Scrum in IT projects
• Notions of Active Directory (AD) and integration with SSO
• Familiarity with simple monitoring tools
