The Modern Workplace Support Specialist role contributes to the success of Angle Auto's Service Desk & Workplace team by modernizing and evolving end user computing & Workplace services, providing high-level support to the team, and collaborating with other operational teams to support end users and the modern workplace platform.
Requirements
- Diploma in Technology or equivalent
- Relevant industry certification such as MS Intune essential
- Significant experience in a multi-discipline IT Support environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin including Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams
- Advanced MS Intune & mobile device management experience
- Experience within a Service Desk environment using an ITIL based ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
- PowerShell – Read, create, modify & run scripts
- Advanced skills in process development and workflow management
- Proficient in time & priority management
