This role involves on-call shifts, rotating rosters, and support across various IT systems and tools. The position focuses on maintaining a stable and responsive tech environment and delivers timely and empathetic support to AMP employees.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills
  • 1+ year of experience in technical operations or service desk environments
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, rotating environment
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, service management tools (ServiceNow, Active Directory, Remote Desktop tools)
