Senior SuccessFactors Analyst

Senior SuccessFactors Analyst is sought to lead configuration, optimization, and enhancement of multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a focus on Employee Central. This hands-on, strategic role involves managing complex integrations, influencing the delivery of HR solutions, and aligning with finance industry regulations and employee wellbeing goals. The role requires proactive problem-solving and collaboration with various internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience across multiple modules
• Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and regulations in a financial services environment
• Leadership skills to guide initiatives and manage projects
• Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is a plus
• Familiarity with JIRA, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence, and SAP ALM
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred
