Requirements
- Technical Skills: Desktop Support (Level 1/2): Proven experience in Windows OS Environments
- Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Security and Distribution Groups
- Hardware Support: Troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Software Support: Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office 365, Teams,VPN clients, and enterprise apps.
- Networking Basics: Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi connectivity.
- Imaging & Deployment Tools: Experience with tools like Endpoint Centeral, SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot.
- Security & Compliance: Basic knowledge of endpoint security, antivirus tools, encryption, MFA, and IT asset management.
- Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, BMC, etc.).

- Preferred Qualifications: IT Diploma/Degree or equivalent technical certification, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, CompTIA A+/N+, CCNA
