Network Administrator (Cisco IronPort)

ActioNet has an immediate need for a Network Administrator supporting a federal program. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing secure email gateways, maintaining network infrastructure, and supporting enterprise messaging and cybersecurity initiatives.

Requirements

• Administer and monitor Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway appliances to ensure secure and efficient email flow.
• Develop, implement, and enforce email security policies to mitigate spam, viruses, and malware threats.
• Provide message tracking and reporting support for Cybersecurity and Enterprise Messaging teams.
• Perform core network administration tasks including user account management, DHCP, patch management, and routine backups.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain comprehensive network documentation and contribute to team training and knowledge sharing.
• Support Microsoft 365 administration, including user provisioning, mailbox management, and integration with email security systems.
