Network Engineer Proficient to monitor, troubleshoot and support network devices, circuits and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in NOC, network operations, or infrastructure support roles.
- Expertise in firewall management, VPN, and remote access configurations.
- Solid experience with monitoring platforms (SolarWinds).
- Experience supporting cloud networks (AWS/Azure), including route tables, VPNs, peering.
- Familiarity with IPAM, DNS/DHCP tools, and VoIP troubleshooting.
- Exposure to Netskope, Zscaler, Palo Alto, Fortinet, or other SASE/SWG platforms.
- Experience coordinating with ISPs and carriers for WAN and circuit issues.
- Strong documentation and communication skills (ServiceNow).
