Network Event Management Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ITIL Network Event Management Quality Assurance Lead to ensure the highest standards of quality in our IT event management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of related work experience
• TS/SCI w/ poly is required
• Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and event management best practices
• Extensive experience with networking event management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Riverbed, Network Node Manager)
• Proven track record of successfully implementing and improving event management processes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
