Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of ServiceNow experience
  • Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts
  • Ability to maintain and develop scoped applications
  • Experience in a ServiceNow platform in order to support Low-Code/No-Code Development
  • Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
