This hybrid role involves working both from home and on-site across the region, requiring flexibility to travel as needed. As the Network Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for safeguarding CityFibre's network infrastructure, overseeing civil and fibre construction activities, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of maintenance and diversionary works.
Requirements
- Proven supervisory experience in utilities or telecoms
- Strong knowledge of NRSWA and fibre network infrastructure
- Hands-on experience in OSP telecoms build including civils, cabling, and splicing
- Solid understanding of CDM regulations
- Skilled in risk assessment, stakeholder negotiation, and managing contracted engineering works under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and familiar with workflow and planning software such as QGIS, Salesforce, or ServiceNow
